Failure is impossible

On this day of your life, I want you to know…that you can only succeed, you cannot fail.  Failure is impossible; it is an illusion. Nothing is a failure. Nothing. Everything moves the human story, and hence the process of evolution, forward. Everything advances you on your journey.

You will not have to think but a second to know exactly why you received this message today.

Everything in life is energy

Everything in life is energy. There is nothing — absolutely nothing — that is not energy. Everything vibrates with this energy, and the number of vibrations, or wave patterns, within a given period of time is called the “frequency” with which the energy fluctuates. Energy is always fluctuating. Always. That is, energy never remains static. If energy were to ever remain static, everything would suddenly stand still. The physical world would simply stop, as in the freeze frame of the movie. In that moment life would end.

Life, then, could be defined as movement. When movement stops, life stops. We have nothing to worry about, however, because movement never stops. It is built into the system. It is the system. This information is more than esoteric data. It has some practical implications that may have escaped you. It has applications in day-to-day living that could change your life in remarkable ways.

For instance, ever notice how energy flows? Energy never remains at Straight Up Zero. If there was such a thing as an Energy-O-Meter, you would see that the needle is always moving. And the meter is very sensitive. Very sensitive. You would see the needle swing wildly to the left or right of Dead Center with the slightest fluctuation in the vibe.

“Dead Center” would be an apt description of the moment when the needle is pointing straight up. That would mean there is Zero Fluctuation of the energy, hence no movement, hence no life. That would, indeed, be dead center!

Now, why I am bringing this all up here: your energy in every single moment is either moving towards something or away from it. It is either attracting or repelling. It is either pulling something closer or pushing it father away.

Within the phenomenon known as Space, “moving toward” something or “pulling” something closer is the same thing. It is the experience of shortening the space between two objects (or, in fact, two experiences). The way you think about a thing attracts it or repels it. That’s because you want is energy moving in one direction or the other. We call these “to and fro” energies “love” and “fear”. Those are names of actual human emotions, but, in truth, they are simply our ways of describing E-motions — that is, energy-in-motion.

Again…energy is always in motion. It’s either moving toward something or away from it. It cannot do both and it cannot do neither. it is eternally doing one or the other. The swings of the meteor to the left and the right of Dead Center are necessary, and part of the normal function of life. The fluctuation must occur, and so this business of moving toward something or only from it is not a question of “good” and “bad”. One thing is not “better” than the other. It is just what “is”.

That is important to understand. Otherwise, we might get into our judgment about it.

The trick with regard to energy is to learn how to regulate it so that you can control the ebb and flow. You are actually controlling the ebb and flow right now, but you may not be doing it consciously. Regulating energy is about conscious creation of the ebb and flow. It is about conscious attenuation of the vibration. It is about adjusting the frequency of your energy on purpose.

Because the needle on the Energy-O-Meter is so very sensitive, the slightest, tiniest, most minute fluctuation in your personal energy causes the reading to vary massively from one moment to the next. Even from one milli-second of the next. so we have this needle of swinging wildly from left to right past zero, which is at center. The needle is never at Straight Up Zero except when it passes through Zero Point on its way left or right.

Now, with regard to any person, place, or thing in your life, ask yourself this question: On this day, am I moving towards this, or a way from it? This will help explain why your relationship with your Significant Other is going the way it is going. Are you experiencing greater closeness or greater distance? Are you experiencing an increase in the energy’s intensity, or a decrease?

More important, is the next remark you were going to make, or the next thing you are going to do, likely to swing the needle to the left or to the right? Is it getting warmer or is it getting colder in the environment of your heart? What is the “temperature” of your present interaction? To what “degree” you see it changing the mood of the moment? To what extent will this shift to the left or the right of center affect the long-term balance within the system?

These are interesting things to think about just before opening our mouth to say something to another. These are fascinating things to explore just before taking some action or making some choice, be it large or small, in the day-to-day of our living. Is this action drawing me closer to, or pushing me further away from, my loved one? Are these words pulling that Special Other just a tiny bit further in, or moving that Special Other just a tiny bit further away? Which way it is this sensitive meter pointing?

Of course, it can’t always be at a +10. Sometimes it’s going to be at -2 or -3. You can’t have “up” without “down”. You can’t have “left” without “right”. You can’t have “cold” without “warm”. You have to have the fluctuation. The fluctuation is good. It is necessary. It is, as we have said, part of the process. But here’s something that most people don’t understand about that process: You can control it. You can regulate it. Indeed, you are doing so in every moment. It is simply a question of whether you know what you are doing.

When you know what you are doing, it is called Conscious Creation. Conscious creation is the deliberate construction of energy patterns in a particular frequency of fluctuation. To put this simply, it is the sending out of “good vibes” deliberately and intentionally. It is the activation of the choice to attract rather than rebel, to move toward rather than away, to pull in rather than push out.

Is this what you were doing with the last thing that you said to the person with whom you want to feel closer? Read the last e-mail that you sent to that person. Do you think that it is swinging the needle to the right or to the left of Point Zero?

10 Easy and Effective Ways To Use The Law Of Attraction To Find Your Soulmate

Finding the love of your life has never been so easy.

The law of attraction is the belief that “like attracts like,” and that by focusing on positive thoughts we can bring about positive results. By understanding and following this simple rule, you will be empowered to find your lifelong power partner.

There is nothing you cannot be, do, or have when you know how to activate and use this unlimited power that lies within you.

1. Be positively clear about what you want in a mate. 

Each “failed” relationship has given you clues about what you want in your ideal partner. The problem is, many women and men focus on the negative instead of the positive. For example, by saying that you don’t want a man / woman who “puts work before the relationship,” you are focusing on someone who puts work before love and that is the desire you are unconsciously sending out through your energy.

The good news is, if you know what you don’t want, you know what you do want. Your power to create lies in your ability to choose thoughts that are positively clear so that you can tell the universe exactly what you desire. (“I want someone who puts me first and loves me unconditionally.”)

You can tell if your affirmation is positive or negative by the way it makes you feel. If it makes you feel great, it is positive. If it makes you feel bad, it is negative. It’s that simple. If you find yourself thinking negative thoughts, simply turn them around and start focusing on the positive. You will immediately feel better and you will be in alignment with love.

2. Continue to dream it. 

If you are ready for love,one of the best things you can do is get lost in day-dreaming about your perfect mate. As you imagine your ideal partner, the universe receives these images as indicators of what to create in your life. In your imagination, you can create and improve on your desired relationship until it meets your highest ideal.

Once you have that ideal image in your mind, replay it over and over, until one day you will find yourself actually living it. The power of your imagination is unstoppable and can transform your love life.

3. Fall in love with yourself. 

You can’t expect someone else to fall in love with you If you are not in love with yourself. When we judge or criticize ourselves, we send out an energy that repels others. Self-criticism is a negative energy that will repel potential mates.

On the other hand, self-love is attractive and it attracts potential mates. Make a list of ten characteristics you love about yourself and put this list where you can see it every day. It doesn’t really matter what is on the list as long as it easily generates good feelings that you have toward yourself.

The more you focus on what you love about yourself, the more self-love you will experience. Others will fall in love with you, too, simply because it feels great to be around people who love themselves.

4. Say no to jealousy.

It’s natural to feel jealous when we see someone experiencing something we desire and don’t have, but jealousy will keep love from coming to you. Jealousy is a negative emotion and will repel what you desire.

Instead of feeling jealous, understand if you are seeing someone else living your dream, your dream is getting closer. So instead of being jealous, celebrate the love you see and bless all the loving relationships you witness. In this way, you are telling the universe to bring you some of that.

5. Don’t give up. 

The number one reason the law of attraction doesn’t appear to work is that people give up before their wish is granted. It’s like ordering a delicious meal and walking out of the diner before your order arrives. The order is on its way, but if you are no longer in alignment with it, you will miss out.

When it comes to love, people get disappointed when their dates don’t meet their expectations and they don’t see evidence that true love is coming. Out of disappointment or fear of being disappointed, they give up, never knowing what they missed. The key To the law of attraction is that once you are clear you desire something specific, you must commit to it for as long as it takes to manifest in your life.

6. Don’t give in to doubt. 

We live in an obliging universe where it is possible to experience all our dreams and desires. One of the biggest obstacles in manifesting what we desire is doubt. We want something, but we doubt that it’s possible. It is actually the doubt that keeps it from coming.

Knowing is a positve energy and opens the door for attraction. Doubt is a negative energy and closes that same door. When you are in alignment with attracting your perfect person, there is a sense of knowing he/she is on their way.

7. Enjoy yourself now. 

Don’t wait for love to find you in order to start living. You will attract what you are: if you are a couch potato, you will attract a coach potato. If you desire a mate who is active, goes skiing and likes to read, you better start jogging, getting on the slopes and hanging out in Barnes & Noble.

Don’t wait for him/her to arrive in order to live your best life. Start living your best life right now and you will become super-attractive so that special person will be able to spot you in a crowd.

8. Become the future you. 

There is a current “single you,” and a future partnered or married you. One of the Best ways to use the law of attraction to attract your perfect guy or girl is to become the person who is already in the relationship.

This is how it works: think of yourself now and think of yourself in your perfect relationship. How are you different? Who do you become once you are in the relationship? Maybe your answer is, “I become relaxed, confident, loving and kind.” Your answer is your clue to who you must become now.

Don’t wait for the relationship to manifest; you must first become the person who already has these qualities. This includes preparing your space for the partner of your dreams: Clean out your closet, empty a draw or replace that worn-out wallpaper. Think of all the ways in which you can prepare yourself and your life to be in perfect alignment with your perfect mate.

9. Get your beliefs in order. 

Examine your beliefs about love and clean up any beliefs that don’t support attracting, having and keeping your perfect relationship (“I’m not attractive enough.” “I don’t make enough money.” “All the good ones are taken”).

The universe has a way of making your beliefs true, so if a belief doesn’t support what you really want, it is time to drop it and develop beliefs that do. The universe responds to your feelings about yourself; if you are feeling unworthy or undeserving, the universe reflects this back.

10. Don’t question how it will happen. 

Your job is to clearly and positively define what you most desire and to get in alignment with your desire through all the ways described above. Your job is not the how. Don’t get caught up on how it’s going to happen.

We live in a magical universe that can bring you exactly what you desire in the most amazing and even unbelievable ways. Getting caught up in the how can actually impede the law of attraction. If you are trying to control the how, you are likely getting in the way and making it more difficult than it has to be. Instead, let go of any ideas about how it has to happen and allow the universe to do its magic.

This doesn’t mean you sit home and do nothing. The difference is that you await inspired action. Inspired action is that sudden feeling you should go the coffee shop even if you are not thirsty, or you should get gas on the other side of the street.

The law of attraction communicates to you through your intuition so make sure you are listening and following those gut feelings. Most of all, be open to all possibilities — you never know how the universe will deliver.

Manifest what you want

Here are the seven steps to manifest anything you want — including money.

You know manifesting works for other people, but are you feel as though you’re missing something to make it work for you?

The number one reason most people get stuck while manifesting is they don’t know every vital step to manifest and co-create with the universe. 

Here are the seven steps to manifest anything you want — including money. 

Step 1: Get clear on what you want.

If you don’t know exactly what you want, you can’t actually take steps to make it happen. To manifest something, you must know what you desire.

That means you must get very clear on the specifics, detailing the features as if your manifestation is tailor made for you.

To get started with this step, create a list of 20-25 things you want to manifest. Get specific about what you want and list the attributes in the positive (aka avoid using the word don’t). 

“I want a car” might land you a 1965 El Camino without a working engine.
“I want a used SUV with less than 30,000 miles on it that’s priced under $15,000”streamlines your search quite a bit. 

Side note: As you create your list, give yourself permission to want what you want today and be open to changing it tomorrow. Judgement of yourself doesn’t help you manifest anything.

Step 2: Ask the Universe. 

Once you have your list, it’s time to amplify your signal to the universe by asking for what you want. When the universe is clear on what you want to manifest, then it can help you. If you don’t ask, it will still try to help you, but it guesses as to what you truly desire. 

Don’t leave what you receive up to chance, ask for what you want. 

There are a lots of ways to ask including prayer, meditation, visualization, and vision boards. An easy way to ask for what you want is to write a letter to the universe. 

Ask the universe for what you want once a day makes your requests clearer and clearer.

Step 3: Work toward your goals. 

Manifesting is the art of co-creating with the universe. Working toward your goals increases your chances of receiving what you want. It’s also fun.

Write down 3 actions you can do today to bring you closer to your goal. If you don’t know what to do, use Google to figure out what actions you can take. It’s likely someone has struggled with the same issue and has written about it. Let yourself be inspired by what others have done.

Start taking action and keep taking action until you’ve reached your goal.

Step 4: Trust the process.

As you work toward your goal, it may question if manifesting actually works. You might get discouraged and frustrated. If you are sitting in the struggle and wondering when things are going to happen you aren’t trusting the process. When you question manifestation, you’re telling the universe to prove manifesting doesn’t work.

The Law of Attraction obliges by sending you experiences that keep you stuck. 

To manifest, you have to trust the process. 

Whenever you find yourself doubting, catch yourself and say, “I’m getting closer and closer to my goals every day. The universe has my back and it’s awesome.”

Repeat this phrase until you believe it.

Step 5: Receive and acknowledge what you get. 

The universe is always giving you help, but it’s easy to miss the signs (especially when they come in unexpected ways). When you start to acknowledge and receive signs from the universe, the universe will give you more of what you want. 

A good way to get started with this step is to write down the evidence in a journal at the end of the day.

Make sure to include anything that happened to you during the day that moved you a little bit closer to your goal. 

• If you are trying to get out of debt and your credit card company called to sort out a more appropriate payment plan, that’s evidence. 

• It can also be an inspirational quote speaking to you on social media

Step 6: Keep Your Vibration High.

According to the Law of Attraction, you attract what you are sending out. To attract more of what you want, you have to raise your vibration. Vibrations are like little radio signals you are continuously sending out to the universe. You must tune your signal to a vibration worthy of receiving it (read: stay positive and thankful).

All you have to do is to feel joy.

By spending 10-15 minutes a day (at least) doing something that makes you feel good, anything from watching a YouTube video or meditating, you’re ensuring your vibration stays high.

Remember, a crappy mood means you’re going to be rewarded with crap. Staying positive is the easiest way to be certain good things are coming.

Step 7: Clear your resistance.

If you haven’t yet manifested what you want, it’s likely you are resisting what the universe has to offer. Doubts, pain, procrastination, frustrations, anxiety, fears, regrets and resentments are all forms of resistance.

And they are totally normal.

When you notice conflict coming up, acknowledge it and remind yourself to breath and relax. It might sound something like, “I’m frustrated again. I’m resisting again. I get it. All I have to do now is breath, relax, and let it come. “ 

If you are having a hard time letting go of problem, find someone to help you through it.

Manifesting your desires is 100 percent possible but, to do so, you must use ALL the steps.

1.Get clear on what you want.
2.Ask the universe for it.
3.Take action (help the universe make it happen).
4.Trust the process.
5.Acknowledge what is being sent to you along the way.
6.Increase your vibration.
7.Clear all resistance.

Using visualization techniques in your daily life can help to make the Law of Attraction much more powerful for you. It can help you to create an image in your head of everything you want out of life. Plus, it tells the universe what it is you would like to attract in your life. For example, if you would like a promotion in your job, visualize yourself moving into a new office, with your name on the door, and receiving a big cheque. What visualization does is help you to find your goals, focus and manifest them. This will then help you in creating a positive and motivated mindset.

Visualization involves creating images (which could be mentally and physically) showing your goals and your future as a strong positive message. However, there are many different visualization tools that you can use to do this.

First, let’s take a look at why visualization is important.

Why Is Visualization Important?

Visualization can help you to create your dream life and visualization techniques have been used by many successful people to achieve their goals.

There are various reasons why visualization is important and many benefits too:

  • Strengthen your motivation. Visualization helps you to feel motivated and excited to create your dream life.
  • Program your brain. Your visualization skills could help to program your brain into finding and recognizing how to manifest your dreams and goals.
  • Feel more confident. The more that you are visualizing yourself achieving your goals and dreams, the more confident you can start to feel.
  • Visualization can help with stress. When you are visualizing, you are normally in a calm state of mind. This can help you to clear your mind, eliminating any worries and stresses you may have.

Here are some of the most popular visualization techniques to use and how to use them whilst practicing the Law of Attraction to achieve your dream life.

6 Easy And Effective Visualization Techniques

Dream Boards

A dream board (also known as a vision board) is a way of visually representing your goals!

Creating a dream board is an inexpensive and very creative way of connecting with your desires for the future. The dream boards can be made using everything from natural objects to drawings and magazine cutouts.

When you create your vision board, you will be identifying your vision and dreams in a physical way as well as reinforcing your daily affirmations, which will be covered below.

Your vision board need to be personal and unique to you; anything you find that motivates and inspires you should go on the board.

Your vision board is great to have in your office, or on the wall in your bedroom for example. You can have them there in the background keeping you motivated and within your subconscious.

Daily Affirmations

An affirmation is a simple statement that reshapes your beliefs and helps you move towards your life goals. Obviously, for this to work in your favor, they need to be positive affirmations.

An affirmation is a repeated and spoken statement. However, you can also include visual affirmations too.

An example of a spoken, daily affirmation would be if you stand in front of your mirror and say to yourself ‘I love having a great job and being happy in my own skin’. You would use this affirmation if you are trying to find a better job and maybe if you have low self confidence and your goal is to feel happy with yourself.

The Law of Attraction works on the basis that your thoughts and energies are recognized by the universe, which is why if you can put positive affirmations and energy out into the world, the universe will respond to it. Repetition plays a big part in your daily affirmations. The more that we tell ourselves something, the more the message is accepted by our self-conscious and can be manifested in our lives.

The idea of a visual affirmation is that there is a physical concrete form of your affirmation.

Examples of these would be:

  • Having your affirmations on signs and put up where you can always see them. It may also be a good idea to have your visual affirmation stuck near the area connected to your goals, such as a mirror if you are looking to improve your self-image and self-worth.
  • Set up reminders on your phone, so that your affirmation regularly appears in front of you. This can also be set as an alarm so that you have daily reminders each morning or before you sleep.
  • Repeatedly write out your affirmations at the beginning or end of the day. This can also connect with a gratitude journal which is covered below.

Meditation is a great visualization technique as you are using visualization at a time that your mind is clear and present. When you meditate, you start to gain access to your inner self more than you probably ever have. As you will be fully present in that moment, you can truly focus on yourself and your goals and aspirations. You can use this time whilst meditating to visualize your goals, create a positive space and send out positive energy.

Meditating helps your brain release any negative energy. It also gives your brain the space to go wherever it wants, which is why this is very helpful when visualizing. You should be able to have strong visualizations though meditating as you are allowing your brain to do the work for you, whilst letting any negative energy go.

Gratitude Journal

A gratitude journal is a great visualization tool that can help you to believe in your success and goals while also providing you with a positive mindset. This is where you write down everything that you are grateful for that day (if you are doing this daily – which we recommend!).

Each night before you sleep, write down 5-10 things that you were grateful for that day. Doing this keeps you in a positive mindset and makes you reflect on the good things in your life. By concentrating on creating a happy present experience, you also teach yourself to expect the most from your future. This will help you to visualize your future, in a positive and meaningful way.

You can also look back at what you have been grateful for and take as many useful lessons and positives messages from them as possible. Reflecting on the good things about yourself and your life from your gratitude journal enhances your belief that you can, and deserve to, reach your goals.

Magic Cheque

Another great visualization tool is to use what is called a Magic Check (also known as dream cheque). You can use this to attract wealth or financial freedom as well as much more.

The idea of this is to have a self-written check that is made out to you and clearly states what you want to achieve. This could be financial, but it could also be a goal such as landing a new job or finding your ideal partner.

A dream cheque is best put somewhere that you will constantly see it. This could be next to your bed or even in your wallet or purse. As mentioned, the dream cheque does not always have to be about finances if you don’t want it to. Whatever your goal, write it on the cheque and make sure you feel good about what you are trying to manifest.

Fuel your cheque with as much positivity as possible and pretend that you have already received this sum of money or goal that you want to achieve.

Creative Visualization

Get creative with your visualization! Even if you are not an artsy person, you will be surprised to find how impactful it is to create art that visually represents your dreams. You can do this by painting, drawing, writing or even creating graphics on your computer. Some people will find this visualization technique better, as they have a creative outlet for their goals and dreams.

Just like a vision board, you can hang your art somewhere you can always see it. In fact, creating the art yourself will only make it more personal and unique to you.

Success is always present

On this day of your life, dear friend, not everything has to turn out exactly the way you planned in order for you to call it a success.

Sometimes all God wants you to do is to “get the ball rolling.” Then, He’ll take it from there. So when things turn out other than the way you wanted them to, don’t be so quick to say, “Bummer!”  

Many a Bummer is a Blessing in disguise. Consider the possibility that life is magic…and that there’s a rabbit in that hat.

FINANCIAL ABUNDANCE FROM THE INSIDE OUT

The Law of Attraction teaches that, in order to manifest a desire, you must first achieve the vibration of that desire. So, if you have a desire to create more financial abundance, you must first achieve the vibration / feeling of financial abundance. With money, as with everything else, your inner world creates your outer world.

Clearly, if you’re not currently enjoying the level of prosperity you desire, it’s not the easiest thing in the world to feel abundance and prosperity. In order to change the printout, you must first change the program.

Processes to the rescue!

Following are four sure-fire ways to help you amp up your money vibration and get to the feeling place of having the financial life you desire.

Notice your self-talk. As you go through your day, listen for disempowering thoughts such as “I could never afford that.” “I can’t believe how much that costs.” “That’s for rich people – not for me.”Then, replace all self-talk of lack and limitation with empowering affirmations of abundance and prosperity.

Affirm your abundance. Affirmations create on the inside what you would like to create on the outside. These are some of my favorite money affirmations:
I am a powerful money magnet.
Money flows to me easily and joyfully.
There is always enough.
Everybody wants to give me money and gifts.
I love money and money loves me.
I open my arms wide and embrace the lavish abundance that is mine for the taking!

Clean up your relationship with money. Really check inside for the answers to these questions:
Do I respect money?
Do I love and appreciate money?
Am I a good money manager?
Do I maintain only smart debt?
Is my money working for me?
Do I believe I deserve plenty of money?
Do I believe there’s always enough?
Is money fun?

As in any relationship, it matters very much whether you value money or take it for granted; whether you respect it or disrespect it; whether you feel worthy and deserving or not quite good enough.

Keep a Magical Abundance Journal. This process is fun and easy AND it turns you into a magnet for more abundance. Whenever you receive money or gifts, document it, appreciate it and celebrate it. As Abraham says, “Money doesn’t grow on trees. It’s better than that!” Money grows from your positive and appreciative focus on it.

The Law of Attraction matches your vibration. That’s its one and only job. Therefore, to create more abundance in your life, FEEL your ever-flowing, ever-expanding abundance. As you do so, you broadcast a clear vibration of abundance and the Law of Attraction has no choice but to match it with – yes – more abundance!

To be clear, financial abundance is not the goal here. The goal is to enjoy your life. Money is simply a tool to enhance your enjoyment of life. If, indeed, you are interested in attracting more of the things that money can buy, you’re in luck. Today is the perfect day to begin creating financial abundance from the Inside Out!

You probably also accept the concept that you create your own reality with your thoughts and feelings -admittedly, more comfortable when things are going well and less comfortable when things are a bit rocky. So how often do you stop to think what kind of life you’re creating with the words you think and speak?

Our words are powerful creators of our lives and these two words – “I AM” – have especially strong creative power. Knowing this, is it really a good idea to continually think or say things like I AM sick, I AM broke, I AM sad? Knowing this, doesn’t it make infinite good sense to affirm I AM healthy, I AM prosperous, I AM happy?

If you listen, you’ll discern whether the majority of “I AM” statements you make every day are attracting what you DO want or what you DON’T want. Either way, the Universe always responds, “Your wish is my command.”

Before I understood the power of “I AM,” I had a bad habit of saying “I AM SO tired.” Guess what that I AM statement created? Right, more exhaustion. When I realized I was using my power to call forth fatigue, I started consciously revising it to “I AM filled with Energy and vitality” or “I AM feeling more Energy all the time.”

How good do these positive I AM statements feel?
I AM wonderful
I AM capable
I AM worthy and deserving
I AM talented
I AM magnificent

Let’s say you catch yourself thinking or saying something to the effect of “I AM not good enough” and you notice that feels bad, so you consciously replace it with “I AM good enough; I AM great!” Good catch, but then you may notice it feels like a lie and you don’t really believe it. That’s OK. You may not completely believe your positive I AM’s right now, but remember a belief is simply a thought you keep thinking, so keep thinking thoughts of what you DO want.

As you continue to repeat positive I AM statements, you re-train your brain, re-program your mind and re-write the script for your life.

Whatever follows your “I AM” will determine what kind of life you live. I AM broke attracts lack just as surely as I AM successful attracts success. Because you get to choose what follows “I AM,” you get to choose joy or sorrow, wealth or poverty, health or illness, success or failure.
Try these:
I AM strong
I AM successful
I AM joyful
I AM lovable
I AM healthy
I AM wealthy

If you can’t always get to the most positive affirmation, simply point yourself in a better direction. If I AM wealthy is too much of a stretch right now, point in that direction with I AM on my way to more abundance. If I AM healthy currently feels too far away, point in that direction with I AM allowing greater ease every day.

The important thing is to be aware that you are creating your reality with your I AM statements and use them to create what you DO want.
How about:
I AM beautiful
I AM confident
I AM brilliant
I AM fortunate
I AM valuable

To transform an “I AM” affirmation into an “I AM” reality, do your best to feel now the way you want to feel then. See yourself the way you want to be. See your circumstances the way you want them to be.

Activating The Law of Attraction

The Law of Attraction is the most powerful law in the universe. And, just like gravity, it is always operating whether you are aware of it or not. Simply put, the Law of Attraction says that you will attract into your life whatever you focus on. Whatever you give your energy and attention to will be magnetized to you. This means whatever you think about, talk about, read about, watch on television, listen to on the radio, worry about, fantasize about, and feel strongly about, you will attract more of it into your life. Therefore, if you stay focused on all the good and positive things in your life, you will automatically draw to yourself more good and positive things. Likewise, if you focus on lack and negativity, then that is what you will draw to yourself.

How can you use the “Law of Attraction” to enhance our life?

The key to utilizing the Law of Attraction is to constantly focus on, talk about, visualize, and expect to receive that which you want-not what you don’t want. To use this Law to your benefit, you have to quit talking about your unwanted current reality and do two things instead:  1) appreciate and celebrate that which you already have; and 2) focus on, talk about, believe, visualize, affirm, and expect that all you desire is already on its way to you. Maintain a constant focus on your vision. Keep your eye and your conversation on what you are already grateful for and what you are creating.

Get started today…

Take time to clarify exactly what you want in every area of your life without limiting yourself by worrying about how you are going to get it. Then write a vivid and complete “ideal scene” of what it will look, sounds, and feel like when you actually have it. Do this for every aspect of your ideal vision-job and career, finances, health and fitness, relationships, fun and recreation, possessions, personal and spiritual growth, and the contribution you want to make to the world.

Next, create a vision board-either in the form of a vision book or a screen saver-that contains visual images of your vision already manifested. Take time every day to close your eyes and visualize each ideal scene as already complete, and, most importantly, to feel the feelings you would feel if you had already achieved this goal or a desire.

Next, release your request to the universe. Trust that you are now attracting the ideas, people, resources, money, and opportunities will start coming into your awareness. Pay attention to them.

The next step is to begin taking action on the creative impulses you receive. For example, if you want to be a doctor, the obvious actions are to study anatomy, biology, and biochemistry, apply to medical school, and so on. Inspired actions, on the other hand, arise from your intuition, during meditation, or occur to you as sudden impulses that have a deep feeling of rightness to them. An example might be that one afternoon you get this overwhelming urge to take some cookies to the elderly woman who lives down the street who always treated you kindly when you were a kid, so you do. When she invites you into her house, she introduces you to her nephew who is visiting, and he turns out to be the Dean of the Harvard Medical School.

Finally, the full utilize the law of Attraction in your life, you have to become a vibrational match with whatever it is you want to attract into your life. This means creating and maintaining an emotional state that matches the one you will experience when you actually get the thing you are focusing on. If your goal is to be rich, you need to focus on feeling abundant now. You can do this by appreciating what you already have, and continually finding more and more things to be grateful for. You can do it by being generous with what you already have. Most importantly, you do it by thinking abundant thoughts and feeling rich right now.

If your desire is to attract your soulmate into your life, start feeling happy about the relationships that you already enjoy. Act as if you are already loved and adored. Pamper yourself. Buy yourself flowers. Clean up your house or apartment the way you would if you were expecting company. Bring closure to your past relationships by forgiving any hurts and appreciating all the good things that you experienced. Let go of any resentments, guilt, or hurt you might be carrying from the past. Find appreciation for the lesions you’ve learned from previous lovers so that you can be free of the past and live in genuine state of positive excitement about the future.

Top 10 Ways to Manifest Money

No matter how much money we have (lots or not so much), it seems most of us would welcome more financial abundance into our lives. In working with lots of deliberate creators to attract money using the law of attraction, here’s what I’ve found works best:

1. Drop the need.  Need and abundance don’t go together. So if you have to pick one of those vibrations, it’s obvious which one to go with, right? Find a way to release that needy energy. Tips on letting go are here.

2. Make peace with the present.  Resisting your current state of affairs only perpetuates them. (This goes hand in hand with #1.) However you do it, find a way to get okay with how things are now. Resistance serves as a powerful dam holding up tremendous wealth. Dropping that resistance bursts the dam, flooding you with money.

3. Skip the middle man.  Give yourself the gift of whatever you think having money will do for you. You think it will bring peace of mind? Happiness? Relief? Fun? Access those states now. Three deep breaths ushers in peace. Playing with the dog enhances joy. Don’t make money responsible for making you feel better. Feel better now, just because you choose so. (That’s a party money loves to show up at!)

4. Act as if.  You don’t have to actually have money in order to vibrate it. Since we get what we vibrate, when you send the signal to Universe that you’ve got money, guess what it has to send? Money! Here’s how Mike Dooley did it: when he’d get a big bill in the mail, instead of fretting or despairing, he’d say, “Oooh, it’s a good thing I’m rich.” When he wasn’t. Yet. (And it worked!)

5. Engage relationship counselling.  Improve your relationship with money by paying attention how you treat it. Do you speak to it kindly? Think of it appreciatively? Make improvements in that relationship, and it’ll love you back.

6. Be good to yourself.  Since Universe is taking its cue from you, when you treat yourself well, it’ll do the same. And money is often part of how it does that. If you need help with self-love, I’ve got you covered with an ebook devoted to that topic.

7. Use a money manifesting technique.  Call it in, sing it in, chant it in, journal it in, visualize it. Each of those are clickable for ideas. (That “call it in” link is the hilarious Reverend Ike Calling In Money. If you want someone to literally sing along with, Lady Gaga likes money, too.)

8. Watch your language!  Tell a better money story. Are you talking about it like there isn’t enough? Are you speaking about it like you need more? As long as you tell that version, that’s how it has to be! Improve your story and money will follow suit. Even “it’s not as bad as I’m making it out to be,” “it’ll be ok,” “everything works out,” “I don’t have to figure this out right now” type stories can start a good shift.

9. Appreciate the money you have now. Abraham says the best way to get money is to appreciate the money you already have. And if you don’t have any money now, appreciate whatever else you have. Or the money you see around you. Or the money you’ve had before. Bottom line – give thanks for money where you can! When Universe gets that signal from you, it’ll send more.

10. Forget about it.  When your financial panties are in a twist, sometimes the best thing to do is get off the topic altogether. Give it up. Walk away and let things work out while you’re mowing the lawn or taking a nap. If you consistently come to this topic with a negative vibration, and aren’t having any luck upgrading your vibe (which is really easy to do when you think you’ve good reason to worry) – the best thing you can do might be NOTHING! Let it go. Find something else (enjoyable) to occupy your mind and don’t be surprised if things take a swift turn for the better once you really truly drop the subject.

This process is generally automatic, as having desires that stimulate emotion is our primary function, but we often fail to hold the correct emotional frequency and block the manifestation from arriving in our field of immediate experience.

2) Manifestation – largely not your work, but made possible by the Zero-Point Field as directed by universal intelligence, however some level of action is required to keep the channels of manifestation open.

3) Receive or Allow – by transmitting the emotional signature of the request as a general state of being, and taking appropriate and enthusiastic action, consciousness soon recognizes the desired experience as a feature of reality. Co-creation has occurred.

Quantum Entanglement

How Quantum Entanglement could be the basis of the Law of Attraction

The law of attraction is often taught in ways to create abundance for our lives, that whatever we desired, as long as we can be a vibrational match for it, it would come automatically. In a nutshell, what’s alike draws to each other is what law of attraction is all about. Many have successfully created abundance of wealth, health, relationships, and all sort of pleasures for their lives as they master such simple yet fundamental law of life. But would you dare to take it up a notch?

What if, law of attraction is not just a tool to create abundance for our lives? What if it stretches far beyond what is perceived and understood by the general populace right now? What if, one of its unique use, would that you are able to perform telekinetic acts and move objects around with your thoughts alone?

Now this is going to sound crazy a little bit, but do bear with me as I explore the possibility with the help of some scientific theories…

What is Quantum Entanglement?

In quantum physics, there is this concept called quantum entanglement. Basically, the quantum entanglement theory is that, particles vibrating in deep coherence would create some kind of deep connection linking them together.

In Michio Kaku’s Physics of the Impossible book, there is this example that would help you understand the term quantum entanglement better:

“If two electrons are initially vibrating in unison (a state called coherence) they can remain in wavelike synchronization even if they are separated by a large distance. Although the two electrons may be separated by light-years, there is still an invisible Schrodinger wave connecting both of them, like am umbilical cord. If something happens to one electron, then some of that information is immediately transferred to the other electron (in a speed faster than the speed of light).”

Now in his book, this concept was mentioned under the chapter Teleportation. Basically, if you are to introduce 3 atoms in an experiment, with atom A and B being entangled initially. Then an atom C is put in contact with atom A. Atom C would then scan atom A, becomes entangled and transfers its information to atom A. Atom B being already entangled with atom A, would automatically receive the new information and becomes identical to atom C. Hence a “teleportation” could happen by utilizing on this concept, albeit that atom C did not actually move.

But if you are still with me, this is not an article dealing with teleportation.

How Quantum Entanglement could be the basis of the Law of Attraction?

The pre-requisite of the invisible Schrodinger wave that connects both objects invisibly regardless of distance, is that they have to vibrate in unison. In other words, as long as they offer the exact same vibration, a quantum entanglement could be formed. If there is an object that we would like to connect to, then as long as we can offer the exact vibration, theoretically speaking, the connection would be formed as well.

Scientifically speaking, it would be very difficult to know the exact vibration of an object, what’s more to mimic its vibration in order to form a Schrodinger connection. But spiritually speaking, things may be different.

Through practices of deep meditation, it may be possible for one to not only feel the vibration of an object, but to remember it as well in the form of a feeling. Think of all the times in your dreams that you have dreamed about somebody even when they are not actually there, you were recalling their vibrations and how they felt to you. We as human is an amazing creation as while we have our physical vibration that forms our physical appearance, we are also able to offer vastly different vibration through our mind. Now if one is able to master the techniques of meditation (or other techniques) to feel and remember the vibrations of the object to control, and subsequently regenerate it in the back of his mind, he would hypothetically be able to create an quantum entanglement between the object and his mind. Once the connection is formed, would it be possible for him to move it around purely via thoughts alone, ie via psychokinesis?

A little lost?

Now you may be wondering, heck what does law of attraction has to do with all of these? To bring you back to what was said initially, what’s alike draws to each other. Perhaps the object we desired to manipulate wouldn’t fly across the room and hit our head in a very literal attraction sense, but invisibly, the Schrodinger wave would be creeping out from the object and our mind, drawing to each other and creating the bridge for quantum entanglement if we are able to offer identical vibrations. And this would be the same as attracting wealth, health, relationships, or any other abundance and still fit the description of law of attraction perfectly isn’t it?

 

Perhaps this is actually what’s happening each time we offer thoughts that are a vibrational match for our desires. We emit out all these Schrodinger wave and forms all sort of quantum entanglement with our desired outcomes, and quietly pull them over into our life. When you have mastered the law of attraction, when you have mastered the generation of vibrations for things you desired, would you be able through conscious efforts, to become a vibrational match for a specific object, creating the quantum entanglement connection, and manipulate it at will?

LOA Style Support ~ How to Help a Friend In Need

How to Help a Friend In Need

Do you know someone who is struggling? Whether from illness, unemployment, divorce or financial woes – it’s easy for those who care to inadvertently offer support that backfires. Here’s a quick law of attraction style primer about how to best support a friend in need: 

Check the ID. How are you seeing this person? If you’re thinking of them as someone who is in trouble or having a rough time, your perception of them in that light actually reinforces that experience. Thoughts are powerful! And your thoughts about them are no exception. 

Commit to thinking of them in a positive light – as thriving, or on their way to it if that’s too big a stretch. Marie Wilson (founding president of the White House Project) said “You can’t be what you can’t see.” If they can’t see their successful future themselves, you might be able to help with that. 

Don’t Fall In. Our desire to be compassionate and present can lead to joining them in their “woe is me,” times are tough stories. Knowing the power of thought, conscious creators sometimes have a knee jerk reaction to try to talk someone out of their negative version of events. But that resistance doesn’t help either. Let them have it their way; just don’t join them in it. 

You can listen without buying in, just like we do when our imaginative kids tell their made up stories. We don’t judge, we don’t correct, we’re just present and appreciative. 

Give a Hand. When someone is really struggling it’s harder to believe good things are coming. One of the most powerful gifts you can give them is to hold the space – and invite them into it – that better days are ahead. 

Reinforce your belief in their ability, strength, and happy ending. It’s powerful even when you do it silently to yourself, but sharing a couple of words along the lines of “You are stronger than you realize” or “You’re handling this well” or “This too shall pass” may serve as their lifeline or foothold into hope. When we don’t believe in ourselves it’s helpful to be reminded of our resilience by someone else who does. 

What NOT to do when supporting someone in need: sacrifice your own well being. You are not in a position to be of service when coming from your own struggle. Tend to your needs first. Going broke to support an out-of-work son, getting sick while burning the candle at both ends to care for an aging parent, allowing your own relationship to suffer while you support a lonely girlfriend – doesn’t serve anyone. 

Another NOT to do is feel guilty for your own fortune while a loved one experiences trouble. Your guilt doesn’t help. Instead, practice your “all is well” thoughts and make peace with how things are for all involved. Peace makes room for positive change. 

By all means, honor your desire to help, but offer the kind of help that does. Hold positive thoughts of their thriving, maintain your own alignment by not getting sucked into negative stories, remind them of their power, and take good care of yourself, too.

MANIFESTING HANG-UPS

In a recent interview about the Law of Attraction, I was asked what I consider to be the biggest hang-ups deliberate creators experience in successfully manifesting their desires. It’s such a great question and, having had time to think about it at length, I’m listing here some of the difficulties I’ve observed with clients and others (myself included).

Clearly this is not an exhaustive list of manifesting hang-ups and certainly some of them overlap, but these are the ten most common areas of resistance I have observed along with a suggestion about how to allow in what you’re asking for.

AREA OF RESISTANCE: Focusing on what you don’t want OR focusing on the lack of what you do want. The first thing most of us learned about the Law of Attraction was to focus on what we DO want, not what we DON’T want. As simple and straightforward as that sounds, it is still the number one area of resistance for most people.

HOW TO ALLOW: How do you know if you’re focusing on what you DO want or not? You feel good when you think about it. If you don’t, you’re not.

AREA OF RESISTANCE: Expecting circumstances to make you feel good.

HOW TO ALLOW: If the way you feel is dependent on other people or external circumstances, you’re the pinball. Your circumstances will always match the way you feel, so feel good first!

AREA OF RESISTANCE: Saying “I create my own reality” when your thoughts, words, and actions say “life happens to me.”

HOW TO ALLOW: Drop all forms of blaming, complaining, judging, settling and justifying. Feeling powerless and creating your own reality are mutually exclusive. It’s one or the other and you get to choose.

AREA OF RESISTANCE: Not really BELIEVING you can be, do and have what you want to be, do and have.

HOW TO ALLOW: A belief is simply a thought you keep thinking so keep thinking, affirming and declaring exactly what it is you want to believe.

AREA OF RESISTANCE: Confusion about the difference between dwelling on what-is and completely ignoring what-is. “What-is” is information you need. Ignoring what-is can be like putting a happy face sticker over the gas gauge.

HOW TO ALLOW: While it’s not helpful to DWELL on what you don’t want or don’t like, it is essential to acknowledge what-is and make peace with what-is. This is the first step to consciously moving from where you are to where you want to be.

AREA OF RESISTANCE: Not realizing there is actual work to be done. As magical as the Law of Attraction is, there is still some actual effort required to close the gap between where you are and where you want to be.

HOW TO ALLOW: Even though it’s the work of alignment, it still takes awareness and focus.

AREA OF RESISTANCE: Insisting that your desired result happen in a certain way or by a certain date.

HOW TO ALLOW: Stay focused on the goal with positive expectation, accepting that it may unfold differently than you expect. Stay aligned with Source and open to guidance and intuition along the way. And, oh yeah, enjoy the journey!

AREA OF RESISTANCE: Getting discouraged and giving up on your dream.

HOW TO ALLOW: You’re only tempted to give up on your dream when your vibration is low. Therefore, re-direct your focus to something that feels better so you can raise your vibration and lower your resistance. From that higher vibration, you’re once again a match to your desire and you can go for it with renewed enthusiasm.

AREA OF RESISTANCE: Continuing to create what you don’t want by continuing to tell the story of what you don’t want.

HOW TO ALLOW: Tell the new, improved, joyful, empowering story of what you DO want. A better-feeling story brings better-feeling results.

AREA OF RESISTANCE: Thinking you have to work hard and do things you don’t want to do in order to attain your goal. Exerting major effort when you’re out of alignment can lead to frustration and disappointment.

HOW TO ALLOW: Remember you’re not in this alone – you’re co-creating with Source. The infinite power of the Universe is always available to support you. Align with Source and let it happen rather than trying to make it happen.

Most deliberate creators can identify with some or all of these manifesting hang-ups. And, really, the answer is always the same: Notice how you feel and choose thoughts that feel better. That’s always the “work.” Even if it does require awareness and focus to be a deliberate creator and avoid manifesting hang-ups, is there anything more valuable or more fulfilling than consciously creating your own reality?

DAILY LAW OF ATTRACTION QUOTATION

If you know that all is well, you know all you need to know. And if you know life is supposed to be fun, you know more than almost anybody else knows.

And if you know that the way you feel is your indicator of how connected you are to Source, then you know that which only a handful of Deliberate Creators, respective to the total population, really know. The beasts all know it. Your animals know that all is well. Your animals live in the moment. They understand the power of their now. They expect the Universe to yield to them. They don’t worry or fret or conjure or make laws or rules or try to regulate. They are Pure Positive Energy. Your beasts vibrate more on the Energy scale of contentment than of passion. Their desire was set forth from Nonphysical, and continues to be set forth by those, like you, who want Energy balance, who want sustenance.

The difference between the beast and the human is that the beast is more general in its intent. The human is usually less blended, usually less allowing of the Energy to flow, but is more specific. And that is why the human is seen to be the Creator while the beast is more the balancer of Energy.

Law of Attraction Question 2: Your friend from college, whom you haven’t seen in a few years, is coming by to see you. This is the friend that has achieved every goal that they have ever set. You feel:

A. Envious; you can’t believe how they have gotten everything they

have ever wanted and you haven’t

B. Anxious; you feel you haven’t done as well as your friend

C. Excited; you can’t wait to hear how they achieved everything they did so that you can get some tips

Law of Attraction Question 3: You’ve had a pretty hard day. When you go home you:

A. Call everyone you know to tell them what a bad day you had

B. Collapse on the couch and just hope tomorrow isn’t like today

C. Kick back and relax knowing that you created this day and you can create a better day tomorrow

Law of Attraction Question 4: You’re short for the rent this month. You:

A. Totally freak out and see yourself living on the street

B. Even though you told yourself you never would again, you call your mom and tell her your woes in the hope she will help out.

C. Visualize the rent paid and let the Universe take care of the ‘how’ it is paid, and then you trust the Universe and look for ways of making a few extra bucks.

Law of Attraction Question 5: The store parking lot is full. You ask the Universe for a front parking spot and one becomes available and you snatch it up. You:

A. Think it’s a coincidence

B. Are surprised that a parking spot came up

C. Knew a spot would be available and thank the Universe

Law of Attraction Question 6: You’ve been visualizing a perfect mate for yourself. He/she has certain physical features and qualities you want. At the movies, you meet a person that meets all the requirements you specified for a mate except isn’t at all like the physical you visualized. You:

A. Can’t believe your rotten luck; he/she was almost perfect

B. Don’t think you’ll give it a chance, it’s not exactly what you wanted

C. Give this person a chance because you know that the Universe always gives you exactly what you want or better

Law of Attraction Question 7: There is a long line at the post office and you’re at the end of it. You:

A. Sigh and complain to everyone around you that it is taking way too long

B. Get tense and frustrated

C. See yourself at the front of the line quickly and then take the remaining time in line to enjoy a mini-visualization of what you want in life

Law of Attraction Question 8: You have been visualizing a new car for yourself and you finally get it. You:

A. Can’t believe how much money you had to put down to get it

B. Start worrying about how you’re going to make the payments

C. Thank the Universe for the car and know that you can visualize anything and it is yours, including car payments

Law of Attraction Question 9: You go to the doctor and find out you have high blood pressure and he puts you on medication. You:

A. Call your best friend and tell her that, for the rest of your life, you’ll be on medication for your high blood pressure because you know that it will never go away

B. Go home and cry. You’re scared you’re going to have a heart attack

C. Take your high blood pressure medication and start a positive visualization of how you are in perfect health with normal blood pressure without medication, and trust the Universe to bring you what you want

Law of Attraction Question 10: You’ve been visualizing for many weeks. You have had signs, here and there, from the Universe telling you that it is working on your desired visualization. You:

A. Are impatient and frustrated, it’s taking way too long to get what you want

B. Aren’t sure if the signs you are getting are big enough to constitute it being a sign from the Universe

C. Are living joyously, knowing that your desire is here now and you’re grateful for many things in your life everyday

If you answered with mostly A’s you are in some serious Law of Attraction trouble. Find someone who can impart the knowledge you’re lacking and get started right away. You’ll want to immediately break some of the mental behavior patterns that can slow you down.

If you answered with mostly B’s fear seems to be your primary challenge. Remember that fear is the thief of dreams. Work on overcoming your fear through the Law of Attraction.

If you answered with mostly C’s you are well on your way to attaining everything you desire. Keep up the great work with the Law of Attraction.

We are all waiting for someone to come whisk us away from this life of daily drudgery. To a place of long awaited dreams, instant riches and uncharted adventure. We keep telling ourselves someday its going to happen, we are going to make it. Our subtle dreams conjure incantations of the lives we wish to have. We live longing that somehow, someday we will get there.

So where is your road-map? We can all dream but will be hard pressed to get anywhere if there is no solid plan. Amazingly we are all willing to ponder countless hours in dream like manifestations of our greatest desires, but hate to spend 2 hours laying out a solid plan! its no wonder we refer to our ambitions as dreams most likely thats what they will end up being.

Making a concerted effort to change does not just involve mulling over ideas in your head. Lay out a strategy, be specific, amplify and dream big. You now have something tangible, you can follow through and your inherent sense of integrity will demand results.

A funny phenomenon happens when you take this kind of concerted action. The law of attraction comes into play. It has a concrete manifesto to play with. If you attune your mind to the outcome, lay out the plan and consciously strive towards it your chances of success are increased ten-fold.

Not only that but the law of attraction likes multiplicity. It knows that you can handle the circumstances you desire. It will clear any impediments on your path. Youll be the only one in your way. Why not make it easy for the law of attraction to do what it does best. Help yourself out with some focused, concerted work.

We seldom attract the circumstances we want because we are not ready to handle the demands such change requires. We might be lazy, uncommitted, lacking focus or a burning desire to succeed. Laying out a plan Is your first stepping stone. It tells the law of attraction that you are getting serious.

It will extend a helping hand. It will begin to guide you, and your commitment will result in inspiration, a strong work ethic and laser sharp focus. Nothing manifests out of thin air but we are equipped with all the tools necessary to start building. The law of attraction does not judge, pick favorites or steer you astray.
